Terms & Conditions:
1. Applicability of Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall govern all contracts between you as a consumer
and
AIC GmbH, Kolumbusstr. 31/1, D-71063 Sindelfingen, Germany.
Managing Director: Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Scholz, Registered Stuttgart, Company No. 244575 (hereinafter referred to as “AIC”).
AIC is an accredited online shop and has agreed to comply to the Trusted Shops quality criteria (available at www.trustedshops.com).
2. Offer & Acceptance
When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button,
we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the
details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product
which is accepted by us when we send an order confirmation via e-mail to you that
we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you.
3. Right to Cancel for Consumers
You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of
seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the
goods without giving reason. However, this period won’t start before all information
obligations laid down in the „Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000, German BGB“
have been fulfilled.
You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by a notice in writing
which you leave at our address, by a notice in writing which you send by post to our address, by fax to our business fax number, by email to our email address.
You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract.
4. Prices and delivery costs
4.1. All prices are in EUR and include German VAT at the appropriate rate.
Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.
5. Delivery
5.1. We deliver to the countries listed in our Terms Of Delivery.
5.2. Delivery time depends on the country to deliver to and is approx. between 2 and 10 working days.
6. Payment Methods
6.1. You can pay in advance by bank transfer or by credit card.
6.2. Your credit card will be charged immediately after placing your order.
7. Retention of Title
The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of the AIC until the customer
has paid for the goods in full.

9. Storage and Accessibility of the contract
The contract´s content will be stored. You may store the general terms
and conditions and readily look them up.
For safety reasons your order´s data are not available via internet.
We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
